The aim of the conceptual inquiries is to clarify important concepts or ideas, whether the ideas are expressed by single words or by statements and questions. The conceptual inquiries are directed toward clarifying the meaning of concepts, principles and issues in engineering ethics. Factual inquiries are used to provide facts needed for understanding and resolving value issues. Researchers and engineers use these inquiries to get information such as history of engineering profession, the effectiveness of professional societies in promoting moral conduct, the procedures used in risk-benefit analysis and psychological profiles of engineers.  Amazing Tool-Utilitarianism Utilitarianism seeks to produce the most utility, defined as a balance between good and bad consequences of an action; taking into account the consequences for everyone affected. Utilitarianism holds that those actions are good that serve to maximize human well-being. The emphasis in utilitarianism is not on maximizing the well-being of the individual, but rather on maximizing the well-being of society as a whole and collectivist approach. It is fundamental to many types of engineering analysis, including risk-benefit analysis and cost-benefit analysis. Its implementation depends greatly on knowing what will lead to the maximum good. So to attain the maximum benefit of the society involves guesswork and the risk that the best guess might be wrong. Act utilitarianism focuses on individual actions rather than rules. It felts the most of the common rules of morality and good guidelines from human experience. Rule utilitarianism differs from act utilitarianism as it holds that moral rules are most important. The rule utilitarianism contends that adhering to moral rules will ultimately lead to most good.

Most Significant professional key - PeacePeace can be said to be passive state of mind. Yes it has its own strength and power. It has great influence on min, Brainpower and also the environment around. An agitating mind does not work properly, while the peaceful mind can work efficiently. Good ideas take shapes in peaceful mind giving birth to good results. Living peacefully is not only individual, but collective. Individual peace can lead collective peace and vice versa. Living in peace collectively is essential if something meaningful is to be achieved out of meetings, Gatherings, and organizational and institution activities. When usually tend to be noisy in meetings and collective activities. As a result nothing worthwhile is achieved at the need of such meetings resulting in waste of time, energy, and money. Now-a-days even in parliaments and official meetings the world over are sorry scenes of noise and unrest. These bodies, which are supposed to represent the society and the nation to look after the welfare, seem to have forgotten their responsibilities and missions.
