Empathy Vs Sympathy

The easiest way to separate them is to remember that empathy is about feelings whilst sympathy is about actions. Thus you may empathize with another person and then act on this by telling them how sorry or happy you feel for them. Empathy is the ability to not only detect what the other feelings but also to experience that motion ourselves. Some of the elements of empathy are the availability of an aesthetic frame of reference, the availability of model frame references, imagination which dependent on the ability to thinking, and the existence o accessible self. Some benefits of empathy are connects people together, empathy heals, builds trust and closes loop. Thus the concept of empathy is a projection of one’s own personality in to the personality of another in order to understand him better. When you see the world from the other perspective you can be sensitive to his job and surfing. In the case of sympathy you will only be sensitive to the suffering.

For undertaking and completing any worthwhile job, self confidence is very important. Courage and confidence go together weak minds with defeating thoughts pull us in back. A strong mind with positive thinking will motivate us, mobilize our hidden power and strength of mind in to strong will power and muscle power with the help of which we surge ahead and complete difficult tasks.
